Cookie Policy

Last updated: 12 September 2026

This policy covers cookies and similar browser technologies on the public website forefrontitsecurityservices.co.uk, operated by Forefront IT Security Services Ltd. It should be read with our Privacy Policy. It does not describe all storage used in authenticated AETOS or Security Front Door accounts.

1. Cookies and browser storage

Cookies are small pieces of information stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and caches. A website can also process technical data through network requests without setting cookies.

Privacy Policy

2. Form protection

Our contact and quote forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated abuse. This processes browser and network signals and returns a short-lived verification token for a submission. A token is not necessarily a browser cookie.

Cloudflare challenge settings can also use security cookies, including cf_clearance when clearance is enabled. Which cookies appear and their expiry depend on the challenge and configuration. A cookie-free visit does not establish that every subsequent visit will be cookie-free.

3. Cached files and sign-in storage

Your browser may cache scripts, styles, images and fonts. The site application can also use a service worker and Cache Storage to retain application files between visits. These are different from cookies and can remain until refreshed, expired or cleared in your browser.

Sign-in and account pages use separate session or local storage for authentication and account preferences. Do not assume that a public-page cookie check describes a signed-in session. Clearing site data can sign you out of services on the same origin.

4. Fonts and certification resources

Some pages request fonts or assets from Google and certificate images or widgets from Accredible and BlockMark. Their servers receive the network information needed to deliver those resources, such as your IP address and browser details, even if no cookie is set.

Links to external websites open services governed by their own notices. Embedded resources can contact their providers as the page loads, without you following a link.

5. Choices and changes

You can inspect, block or clear cookies and other site data in your browser settings. Blocking security checks or clearing application data may affect forms or signed-in services.

Where storage or access requires consent, it must not operate before that consent is given. Calling a technology security-related or performance-related does not by itself make it exempt. This notice is not a consent mechanism.

We will update this policy when the technologies described here change. For questions about a cookie or other site data you see, contact [email protected].
